Allina Gibbs

Allina Gibbs is currently the Director of Administrative Services at SuiteSciens. Allina has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting their career as a Trainee Underwriter at United General Insurance Company Ltd. (UGI). Allina then worked their way up to Supervisor Customer Service and Claims at Nationwide Insurance Agents and Consultants. In September 2008, they became a Customer Service Representative at Guardian Insurance Brokers Ltd. and then Risk and Reinsurance Associate at GK General Insurance Company Ltd. (formerly Jamaica International Insurance Company Ltd.) in February 2009.

During their time at GK General Insurance Company Ltd., Allina held various roles within the company, including Insurance Underwriter and Risk & Reinsurance Associate Personal Lines. Allina was responsible for vetting and authorizing underwriting new business and renewal documentations and policies to ensure full compliance with the company's policies. Allina also trained new staff members in audit procedures and renewal updates. Additionally, Allina was a member of Grace Kennedy Limited Internal Audit Team and Innovations and work the System Team.

In December 2019, Allina left GK General Insurance Company Ltd. to become the Director of Administrative Services at SuiteSciens, where they are currently employed.

Allina Gibbs has completed a diploma in insurance from the College of Insurance and Professional Studies, as well as a diploma in business administration with a major in marketing from UTECH (formerly CAST). Allina is currently working as an insurance agent.

They work with Delia Diaz - Director, NetSuite Delivery Services, Robert Chang - Principal Consultant, and Phil Mays - Senior NetSuite Consultant. Allina Gibbs reports to Shalakay Gibbs, CEO & Founder.
