Brett currently serves as the Director of Commercial Innovation - Americas at Sukano, where they are responsible for driving business innovation and growth in the region. Prior to that, they worked at Tosaf USA as the Technical Director - North America. Brett also spent over a decade at Clariant Plastics and Coatings as a Technical Product Manager, overseeing the additives product line and developing new products. Brett held a leadership position as the Director of Color Services at Prime Colorants Inc and worked as a Product Manager at PolyOne with a focus on specialty color and weatherable colors. Brett began their career at Americhem as a Project Leader, specializing in variegated masterbatches.
