Chandrika Sharda

Chandrika Sharda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations. Currently serving as the Head of CS Strategy and Operations at Suki since October 2025, Chandrika previously held senior leadership roles at Innovaccer, including Senior Director and Director of Customer Success Operations, where responsibilities included enhancing revenue, profitability, and customer experience through strategic operational models. Prior to Innovaccer, Chandrika founded and led Michezo, an international fast-fashion jewelry brand, overseeing all aspects of its establishment and expansion. Chandrika's career includes roles at Flipkart, Moelis & Company, UBS Verity Knowledge Solutions, and Standard Chartered Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
