Operations Associate II at Suki

Quang Cao has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2020, they began working as an Operations Associate at Suki. From 2018-2020, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group, where they worked in a collaborative 9-person team to identify systematic payment discrepancies in the hospital revenue cycle. During this time, they recovered over $200,000 in hospital underpayments within 3 months for HCA Dallas healthcare system. From 2017-2018, they were a Documentation Specialist at Augmedix, a technological health startup utilizing Google Glass to transmit live audio and video feeds from a doctor visit to a remote medical scribe. From 2015-2017, they were a Clinical Research Associate at CTSI RAP, where they collaborated in a clinical study on the antibacterial effects of copper-plated hospital equipment. Quang was also a Lab Technician at UCLA Biochemistry Department and Internal Vice President at Morning Sign Out at UCLA. Additionally, they were an Assessing Residents' CI-CARE (ARC) Program at UCLA Health and a Health & Wellness Writer at Morning Sign Out. Lastly, they were the Director of Finance at the Vietnamese Student Union: Black April Commemorative Symposium, where they co-hosted a free symposium and secured $6,000 through fundraising, sponsorship, and various grants.

Quang Cao attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.
