Prior to this role, Riyaz served as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Securehopes IT Consultancy & Solutions, where tasks involved providing 24/7 maintenance support for various organizations and managing user accounts. Riyaz holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the International Islamic University Chittagong.
