Project Management

The Project Management team at Sukut Construction plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects related to land remediation and landfill maintenance. Led by the General Superintendent and various Vice Presidents overseeing different sectors, the team ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to safety and quality standards, while also managing client relationships and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
