Fernanda Ramos Dantas

Fernanda Ramos Dantas is the Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs at SulAmérica. Fernanda has been with the company since July 2019 and previously served as the Superintendente Jurídico de Seguro Saúde and the Superintendente Jurídico de Seguros Privados. Fernanda is responsible for all legal matters - contracts, consultations, judicial and administrative proceedings - related to health and dental insurance sold by the SulAmérica group, as well as complaints from policyholders. Prior to their current position, Fernanda served as the Superintendente Jurídico Corporativo e de Negócios and the Superintendente Jurídico Corporativo from January 2012 to January 2016.

Fernanda Ramos Dantas has a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo / PUC-SP and a specialization in Labor Law from the same institution. Fernanda also has a high school diploma from Colégio Bandeirantes.
