Liliana Lima has an extensive career at SulAmérica, beginning in March 2004 and currently holding multiple roles related to digital product strategy, digital communication, community management, and project analysis in digital transformation. Liliana has led teams in software quality assurance, managed project planning, and contributed to the implementation of testing methodologies for various software systems. Additionally, Liliana has experience in customer service and administrative roles from earlier positions at Odonto Empresas, Cultura Inglesa, and AIS Computer Training. Academically, Liliana holds an MBA in Human Development for Strategy and Innovation, a certification in Design Thinking Extreme from AddTech Academy, and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Entrepreneurship from Centro Universitário da Cidade.
