Juha Heikkonen

Juha Heikkonen is currently serving as the HR Director & Director of Personal Coach at Sulava Oy since 2019. Prior to this, Juha worked at Microsoft for over a decade, holding various titles including Services Sales Director, Professional Development Manager, Partner Strategy & Programs Lead, and ISV Partner Lead. Before Microsoft, Juha gained experience at Compaq Computer Corporation as a Presales Team Lead, Training and Presales Manager, and Presales Consultant. Starting off at Canon, Juha worked as a System Specialist and Junior Software Engineer.
