Roney Reid has accumulated significant work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1987, Reid worked as a Project Engineer for ITT Conoflow before progressing to become an RD&E Manager at Conoflow, an ITT Company, from 1992 to 1997. From 1997 to 2006, Reid held the position of Director of Operations & Engineering at Marsh Bellofram, where they successfully released new products and brought previously outsourced testing in-house.

Following this, Reid served as the VP of Operations at ABB / K-TEK from 2006 to 2012, managing operations and planning staff and capital for continued growth. In 2012, Reid joined Groth Corporation as the Director of Operations / Site Manager, responsible for developing business plans and resource planning to achieve strategic objectives.

From 2013 to 2022, Reid held multiple roles at Dwyer Instruments, starting as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and progressing to become the General Manager of Manufacturing. During this time, they achieved various KPI goals, implemented automation deployments, and successfully managed manufacturing plants and campuses.

In 2022, Reid joined Collins Aerospace as the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing / Operations, focusing on transforming the shop floor for the Propeller Systems Division. Roney introduced 6S, modified the shop floor layout, and commenced biweekly audits. Lastly, Reid currently works at Sullair, LLC as the Director of Operations. Their responsibilities include leading operations to achieve revenue growth and addressing ERP-related challenges.

Roney Reid began their education in 1980, attending West Virginia University where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Roney dedicated six years to their undergraduate studies, completing them in 1986. Following this, in 1988, Reid enrolled at The Citadel to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Their time at The Citadel lasted from 1988 until 1992, after which they concluded their education.
