Dola Deloff, Ed.D. is an experienced education consultant and writer. Dola has been self-employed since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Sullivan County Boces, where they held the role of Director of Instructional Support Services and School Improvement ELA Specialist. In these roles, Dola conducted workshops for teachers and administrators in various areas such as ELA, curriculum, instructional methods, supervision, curricular design, and instructional technology. Before joining Sullivan County Boces, Dola worked at Mexico Academy and Central School District as Assistant Middle School Principal. In this position, they supervised staff and students, created and supervised after-school programs, and served on various committees, including safety, technology, professional development, and CDEP.
Dola Deloff, Ed.D. received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from Penn State University in 1984. Dola then pursued further education at the State University of New York College at Oswego and obtained a Master's degree (MSEd.) in Secondary Education in 1984, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Educational Leadership. In 2009, Dola obtained a certification as a School District Leader from the NYS Department of Education. Dola later completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership, Management, and Policy at Seton Hall University from 2011 to 2015.
