Quintin Foy

Quintin Foy is an experienced information technology professional with a substantial background in network administration and security. Currently serving as the Information Security Officer for Sullivan County NY Government since August 2021, Quintin previously held the position of Client Support Tech I at Sullivan County from March 2020 to August 2021. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure as Network Administrator at Mid Hudson Valley FCU, where responsibilities spanned network design, management, and security resource oversight from April 1996 to May 2019. Quintin's early career included technical roles as an Audio Visual Technician at Wappingers Central School District from 1988 to 1996 and at Ulster County BOCES from 1982 to 1987.
