Shaun Mellett

Shaun Mellett has an extensive work experience in the construction and electrical industry. Shaun started their career at Bennett Electrical, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator from April 2007 to April 2009, and later became a Project Manager from April 2009 to June 2011.

In 2011, Mellett joined Sullivan & McLaughlin as a Project Manager and subsequently took on the role of Manager, Electrical Construction Division in June 2016. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing the Electrical Construction Division, setting its direction, and ensuring its success. Shaun had various responsibilities, including planning, organizing, allocating resources, and directing the day-to-day operations of the division.

Mellett has also worked at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 (IBEW 103) as an Inside Wireman/Mechanic from 1998 to 2017.

Most recently, Mellett has taken on the role of Vice President Operations at Sullivan & McLaughlin, starting in February 2022.

Shaun Mellett earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Project Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they completed a Journeyman program at JATC. More recently, Shaun pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2015.
