Pat Lynes

Pat Lynes is the founder of Sullivan & Stanley, a transformation consultancy established in April 2016, focused on driving strategic change and innovation for businesses. Under Pat's leadership, Sullivan & Stanley has received multiple awards, including the Gold Winner at the Stevie International Business Awards in 2022 and recognition as Business of the Year at the SME National Business Awards in 2019. Additionally, Pat co-founded CxO Society and CIO 4.0, both global networking movements for executives. Prior experience includes serving as a director at La Fosse Associates and managing the telecoms division at Harvey Nash, where noteworthy achievements included building a successful £8 million turnover business. Pat holds a BA in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
