John Hunt

John Hunt is an Investment Management Partner at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where they represent U.S. and non-U.S. asset managers and engage with regulators on various compliance and transactional matters. They have extensive experience in negotiating investment advisory relationships and developing offshore fund complexes, assisting clients with acquisitions of multi-billion dollar fund complexes. Prior to their current role, John served as General Counsel at IXIS Asset Management Global Associates, managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions. John also held senior positions at several firms, including Goodwin Procter LLP and Bingham McCutchen, specializing in mutual funds, hedge funds, and offshore funds. They earned a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and an AB in History and Economics from Middlebury College.
