Emilie Pays

Emilie Pays has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Responsable recrutement at Sully Group since June 2015. Prior to this role, Emilie worked at Expectra for seven years, focusing on recruitment and account management in the IT sector. Emilie’s recruitment career began at Gfi Informatique and included a position at ManpowerGroup, in addition to an early role as Assistante recrutement at Oevo. Emilie holds a degree in Chargée de gestion en ressources humaines from CRESPA - SCIENCES U, as well as a Licence in sciences des sociétés et de leur environnement from Université Lumière Lyon 2, and a Deug in psychology from Université catholique de Lyon.
