Jennifer Ta

Jennifer Ta, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Sully-Miller Contracting Co., where responsibilities include managing HR initiatives such as performance management and organizational planning while providing leadership on employee relations. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Human Resources Manager at COLASKA INC, focusing on employee benefits, recruitment, and staff development. Jennifer's career in human resources began at Sully-Miller as a Human Resources Specialist and HR/Safety Coordinator, and includes a foundational role as a Corporate Intern. Prior to entering human resources, Jennifer worked as an Instructional Assistant with Ontario Montclair School District. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.
