Ben Spooner

Ben Spooner is a seasoned professional in the engineering and emergency services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Sulphur Experts Inc. since April 2003, Ben specializes in the testing, simulation, and optimization of amine and sour water systems within refineries, gas plants, and other facilities. In addition to engineering, Ben has been actively involved with the League City Volunteer Fire Department since February 2012, fulfilling roles as a Fire Fighter, Vice President, and Executive Board Representative. Ben's experience also includes owning a personal training studio in Calgary called Alive Personal Training and working in various technical and operational roles in the oil and gas industry. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
