Rob Sulzer's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Sulzer Inc. from 2006 onwards, where they are responsible for the overall operations and performance of the firm. Rob also assists the business development team in pursuing new client opportunities. From 2013 to 2018, they founded and served as the President of HemWell America, where they implemented strategic and tactical strategies to support the company's mission of providing solutions to hemorrhoidal disease and other anorectal conditions. Rob crafted and communicated the organization's vision, mission, and brand promise. Prior to this, they worked as a regional manager for Skinner Nurseries Inc. from 2000 to 2007, where they had full P&L responsibility for four distribution facilities. Rob also served as the managing partner at American Farms Ltd. from 1992 to 1998, leading all sales and marketing functions and achieving significant sales growth.

Rob Sulzer has a degree in Criminal Law with a field of study in Forensic Science and Technology from Florida State University.
