Horst Schuster has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Horst started their career as an IT Consultant at Siemens in 2000 and worked there until 2007. Horst then joined Nokia Siemens Networks and held various roles such as Business Deployment Manager, Project Lead, and Manager IT & Tools. In 2012, they joined DMC-Group as a Key Account Manager for Fujitsu Technology Solutions. Currently, they are working at Sulzer GmbH, where they have held roles such as Head of Supplier Management, Head of Shoring, and DevOps Manager. Throughout their career, Horst has worked on projects for prestigious companies like BMW Group and AUDI. Horst has expertise in project management, supplier management, design, and development.
Horst Schuster obtained a degree in Software Development from CDI - Deutsche Private Akademie fuer Wirtschaft in 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Multimedia and completed it in 1990 from SAE. In addition to their formal education, Schuster has obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in July 2018, and in Professional Scrum Master from the same institution in October 2017.
