Laura Pracht

Laura Pracht is an HR professional with extensive experience in various roles primarily concentrated in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Recruiter at Sulzer since July 2020, Laura provides strategic HR support for the Chemtech Division and acts as Site HR Manager in Allschwil. Previous experience includes an assignment as Global HR Business Partner for Process Plants during a maternity leave and multiple HR roles at Syngenta from August 2010 to June 2020, encompassing tasks such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and Learning & Development program coordination. Earlier roles also include HR Administrator at Lufthansa Technik Switzerland and HR Trainee at Swiss International Air Lines. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in HR Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, complemented by a Business Administration Management degree specializing in HR.
