Luke Guilfoyle FCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of HR for the MTCS Business Unit at Sulzer since May 2016, where past roles also included Head of HR for the UK & Ireland and Head of HR for the UK. Prior to this, Luke Guilfoyle held the positions of Head of HR for UK & Ireland and HR Manager at Sun Chemical Ltd from May 2007 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, Luke Guilfoyle was the HR and Administration Director, HR Director, and HR Manager at Flexitallic Ltd from October 1999 to May 2007. Luke Guilfoyle holds a BSc in Sociology from The University of Salford, attained between 1992 and 1995.
