Maite Zubizarreta Arambarri

Maite Zubizarreta Arambarri is an experienced Electrical, Instrumentation & Process Control Engineer currently working at Sulzer since September 2023. Previously held the position of I&C Engineer at IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture from March 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included coordination of I&C documents, development and follow-up of RFQs, and maintaining direct relationships with end customers. Also served as the instrumentation & control engineering leader for a new project with US Steel in Slovakia. Prior to that, worked as an Electrical and Automation Engineer at GRUPO SARRALLE, where Maite developed basic and detail engineering solutions and oversaw commissioning of an EAF dust treatment plant in Jiangsu, China. Maite began a career in industrial technologies while also engaging in professional basketball and coaching from 2011 to 2019. Maite holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, completed in 2019.
