Nina Rufer

Nina Rufer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR Germany at Sulzer since January 2013, where roles have included Teamleiterin Personalbetreuung and Personalreferentin. Prior to this, Nina held the position of HR Manager at Lafarge from September 2011 to December 2012 and has also worked in various HR roles at Sulzer and Bonney Staffing Center Inc. from 2003 to 2011. Early career experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at Portland State University and a Public Relations Intern at AutoCom Associates. Nina Rufer holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Portland State University and a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) in International Business from Reutlingen University.
