René Pöschmann

René Pöschmann is a Senior R&D Engineer at Sulzer, specializing in the development and optimization of mass transfer equipment. They previously worked as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Berlin, where they planned and executed experimental studies in separation technology and published their findings in peer-reviewed journals. René earned a Dr.-Ing. in Process Engineering and has been recognized with the AIChE Separations Division Jose Bravo Graduate Student Research Award for their research. Their early career included an apprenticeship as a ship mechanic with Hapag-Lloyd AG.
