Louise Privett

Louise Privett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Louise started their career at Newton Europe as a Consultant, where they worked with organizations to improve operational processes and supply chains. Louise then moved on to Efficio, where they served as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant, specializing in strategic sourcing and procurement. After that, Louise joined Rotageek as a Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Head of Customer Success. At Rotageek, they were responsible for the customer journey and optimizing the platform based on evolving customer objectives. Currently, Louise is working at Sumdog as the Head of Customer Success.

Louise Privett obtained their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree from the University of Oxford, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013.
