Kunal M.

Kunal M. has a diverse range of work experience in various sectors. Kunal has been working as a Senior Vice President in Planning & Coordination at Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Corporate Finance at KPMG India from August 2017 to January 2020. Before joining KPMG, Kunal worked at BMR Advisors as a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions from May 2007 to January 2020. Kunal started their career as a Qualified Assistant at Price Waterhouse Coopers in February 2004, where they primarily focused on Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, IPO Audits, and Due Diligence Reviews. Before that, Kunal underwent Articleship training at P C Parmar & Co, where they handled various tax and audit assignments and assisted the National Task Force for Direct Tax Reforms.

Kunal M. started their education at St. Paul's in Ajmer from 1987 to 1998, where they obtained their SSC degree. Kunal then attended Zaware's Professional Academy in Pune from 2001 to 2004 to pursue a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree. During the same period, from 2001 to 2004, they also studied at Symbiosis International University, earning a B. Comm. degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, they enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Chartered Accountant degree with a focus on Accounting, Economics, Corporate Laws, Finance, Costing, Information Technology, and Auditing.
