Caio Cracco

Caio Cracco has extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Caio has worked in various roles in different companies.

From 2011 to 2022, Caio worked at Sumitomo Chemical Latin America, starting as a Procurement Manager and later promoted to the position of Procurement Director LATAM. In this role, they were responsible for both Direct and Indirect procurement categories, managing a team of 30 professionals across four countries and overseeing an extensive spending portfolio of USD 1 billion.

Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Caio worked as a Procurement Manager LATAM at LongPing High-Tech. In this role, they were responsible for leading and structuring the procurement area, including policy/procedures, P2P operations, and negotiation with key agrochemical companies and tolling. Caio also achieved significant cost savings of BRL 60MM.

From 2017 to 2018, Caio worked at ASICS America Corporation as a Procurement Manager LATAM, where they created and implemented regional procurement processes and managed global indirect spending.

From 2011 to 2017, Caio worked at Bunge in various procurement roles, including Procurement Manager LATAM, leading global category negotiations, and Senior Procurement Specialist, managing supplier selection and performance for MRO, Energy, and Industrial Services categories.

Before that, Caio had earlier roles as a Senior Buyer at Philip Morris International, Buyer at Sadia, and Supply Chain Analyst at Gerdau.

Overall, Caio has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, strategic procurement, and achieving cost savings in their roles.

Caio Cracco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FAE Centro Universitário from 2003 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2013 and 2015. In 2021 and 2022, Caio attended the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" and completed an Executive MBA in Agronegócio. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Procurement Executive from Amcham-Brasil in 2018 and in Strategic Sourcing Methodology from Accenture Brasil in 2012.
