Sheila Toney, PHR - SHRM-CP, is a highly experienced professional in human resources management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Sumitomo Machinery Corp since August 2001, Sheila has also held the position of Senior Human Resources Specialist at Sumitomo Drive Technologies.
