Ben Morris

Ben Morris has a diverse background in human resources and has held various roles in multiple companies. Ben is currently the Director and Senior HR Business Partner at SMBC Group, a global bank. Prior to this, they were a Shadow Board member at the City HR Association, where they focused on providing HR support to organizations in the City of London. Before that, they worked as a Vice President and HR Business Partner at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. Ben also has experience in the education sector, serving as a Non-Executive Director at Platanos College. Earlier in their career, they held several HR Manager and Senior Manager positions at Lloyds Banking Group, specializing in areas such as talent management and corporate banking.

Ben Morris has a degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds. Ben also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Professional Human Resources from BPP University. In addition to their degrees, Ben has obtained certifications as a Certified Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England and in Financial Markets from Yale University.
