Kristian Blasse

Kristian Blasse has extensive work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Kristian is currently an Executive Director at SMBC Group, where they lead the Sales & Trading Audit team. Prior to this, they worked at Gemini as a Lead Product Manager, overseeing the Exchange Wallet and Payments departments. Before that, they held various roles at Societe Generale, including Senior Audit Manager and Regional Audit Supervisor, where they managed capital market activities and led audit teams for multiple regions. Kristian also worked as a Senior IT Auditor at Newedge and served as a Manager at Fontaine Consultants, where they led quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Addstones Consulting, a Business Analyst at BNP Paribas, and an Intern at Accenture, specializing in IT integration consulting for the financial services industry.

Kristian Blasse received a Master of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Télécom SudParis from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they participated in a semester abroad at the Information and Communications University, where they studied corporate finance and accounting, investment theory, econometrics, and IT policies. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Pierre de Fermat from 2002 to 2004, completing an intensive preparation program for competitive entrance exams for leading French Engineering Universities. In 2018, Kristian obtained the certification of Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA.
