Ravir Nandra

Ravir Nandra has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Ravir began their career as a Teacher in Sri Sathya Sia English Medium School, where they tutored children in various subjects. In 2012, they had a brief work experience at Close Brothers Asset Management. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Finance and IT Assistant at Hotelcare Ltd. In 2015, they joined SAVI Trading as a Junior Trader, managing a well diversified portfolio across Equities, Commodities, and Currencies. Ravir then transitioned to HSBC Global Banking and Markets in 2017 as an Analyst - FX & IR Sales and Trading. At HSBC, they held roles as an Analyst in FX & IR Sales and later as an Associate in the same department until 2023. Currently, Ravir Nandra is employed as a Vice President in FX Sales at SMBC Group.

Ravir Nandra earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London, between the years 2011 and 2014. Ravir then pursued a Master's Degree in Finance from the same university, completing it in 2015. Before attending university, Ravir attended Forest School from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their A-levels. In addition to their formal education, Ravir obtained certifications in CISI Derivatives (Capital Markets) and CISI UK Financial Regulation from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2018.
