Tim Horst

Tim L. Horst is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the real estate and service industries. As the Founder and CEO of BrokerageBox™ since November 2017 and Summa Realty since January 2009, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership and innovation in the real estate sector. Additionally, Tim has been active as a real estate investor since 1997 and has owned several businesses, including Expresso Lube & Cascadia Car Wash and Classic Lube. Tim's background also includes ownership of Fast Lane Oil Change until 2017 and serving as Principal Broker at RE/MAX from 1991 to 2008, as well as retail management at Nike from 1988 to 1991.
