Rolanda Hurst

Rolanda Hurst has extensive experience in healthcare support and patient services, currently serving in Provider Support Services at SummaCare since August 2014. Previously, Rolanda held the position of Patient Services Scheduling Coordinator at Alliance HealthCare Services from 2011 to 2013, managing registration and scheduling for advanced outpatient diagnostic imaging across 46 states. From 2008 to 2010, Rolanda was the Medicare Plans Team Lead at TruBridge Inc, where responsibilities included instructing a customer service team on Medicare guidelines and evaluating performance.
