Cindy Kay Olson

Cindy Kay Olson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital transformation and executive leadership. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Summer and Boomerang, as well as the Founder and CEO of Executive Strategic Alliance, LLC since January 2020, Cindy has built a thought leadership community aimed at empowering executives. Previously, as Chief Human Capital Transformation Strategist at Choice Solutions, Cindy established practices to enhance HR partnerships within organizations. Other roles include Chief Operating Officer at Integrity Resource Center, Executive Consultant for the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, and Executive VP of Global Human Resources at Enron Europe Ltd, where significant organizational transformations were achieved. Educationally, Cindy holds a BA in Accounting, French, and Broadcasting from Wichita State University, along with a Certificate in Management Accounting from the National Association of Accounting.
