Ritu Tandon

Ritu Tandon currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Summer, responsible for overseeing finance, people, legal, and compliance functions while driving major strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Ritu held various senior positions at Syllable, including SVP of Business Operations and Chief of Staff, and was the Head of Marketing at Verana Health from 2014 to 2020. Ritu's experience also includes positions at Silicon Valley Education Foundation, Education Pioneers, BloomBoard, Inc., and MIT. Ritu holds a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with additional minors in Spanish and Applied International Studies.
