Chris Otter

Chris Otter has significant experience in the live event production industry, serving as the Lapa Stage Manager at Envision Festival since January 2023. As Founder and Co-Owner of Hy-Tekk Productions since 2009, Chris has developed one of the largest EDM production companies in a four-state area, producing a variety of events across genres including EDM, Hip Hop, Funk, and Bluegrass. In addition to multiple managerial roles at esteemed festivals like Summer Camp Music Festival, ReKinection Music Festival, and Kosmic Kingdom Music Festival, Chris has consistently advanced artist production and stage management while leading regional street teams. Chris holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Area Technical School in Kansas City and a general diploma from Shawnee Mission Northwest.
