Ned Phillips

Ned Phillips is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Director of Construction at SummerHill Apartment Communities since October 2016. Prior to this role, Ned held the position of Project Executive at Golub & Company, managing a significant residential project that included a 32-story tower with 402 apartments and an 8-story mid-rise with 70 affordable units. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Swinerton Management & Consulting, overseeing the San Francisco Unified School District Bond Program, as well as roles at Project Management Advisors focusing on high-rise residential projects and at Kwan Henmi Architects managing diverse multi-family, educational, and retail developments. Ned Phillips earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon from 1983 to 1988.
