David Yocke

David Yocke has extensive experience in land acquisition and project management. David started their career as a Project Planner at HMH in 2004, where they facilitated land use policies and managed various projects. David then worked as a Site Acquisition Manager at Trillium from 2010 to 2011, overseeing the construction of wireless facilities for AT&T. After that, they joined HMH again as a Project Planner from 2011 to 2013, continuing their work in land use policy facilitation and project management. In 2013, they joined Tim Lewis Communities as a Land Acquisition Manager, responsible for acquiring land for development projects. David also briefly served as a Project Manager, overseeing due diligence processes. Since 2017, they have been with SummerHill Homes, initially as the Director of Land Acquisition and currently as the Vice President of Land Acquisition.

David Yocke attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2002 to 2006. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in City and Regional Planning during this period.
