Jared Brotman is a seasoned professional in real estate development with extensive experience in both financial analysis and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Development at SummerHill Homes since May 2022, Jared previously held roles such as Development Manager at SummerHill Homes and Financial Analyst for Google Development Ventures at Lendlease from February 2021 to May 2022, where Jared worked on a significant partnership aimed at developing four mixed-use neighborhoods in Silicon Valley with an estimated value of $15 billion. Earlier tenure includes a position as Senior Analyst at Laconia Development, LLC, focusing on mixed-use projects across the West Coast and Hawaii, with experience on notable developments such as Lyric in Walnut Creek and Hale Mahana in Honolulu. Jared also held various analytical roles at Exit Strategies Group and Stifel Financial. A graduate of Sonoma State University, Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Financial Management.
