Matt Hill

Matt Hill currently serves as the Head of Commercial - Development NZ at Summerset Retirement Villages since June 2021, following a robust career in the real estate and construction sectors. Prior to this role, Matt Hill was the Commercial and Contracts Director at Yoma Land, where responsibilities included Project Director for the Pun Hlaing Estate and Projects Controls Director from March 2015 to May 2021. Matt Hill holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Science in Commercial Law and Management from Victoria University of Wellington.
