Terence Beach

Terence Beach is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as Group Construction Manager and Project Manager at Summerset Group Holdings Limited since February 2020, Terence has previously held positions as Retail/Construction Project Manager at Edcon and Contract Manager at Bantry Construction. Terence also founded Bodico Construction, specializing in commercial and retail property from January 1999 to January 2005. Educational credentials include a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, attendance at the University of Cape Town, and completion of studies at Princess High School.
