Katie Blackwood

Katie Blackwood is a highly qualified Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience gained through various positions at Trident Medical Center and the Medical University of South Carolina. At Trident Medical Center, Katie specializes in diagnosing and treating a diverse range of conditions while actively engaging with families regarding patient care. In roles as a Graduate Student Clinician and Research Program Assistant, Katie has demonstrated expertise in patient-centered therapy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and data management. Katie's educational background includes a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the Medical University of South Carolina and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communication from Clemson University. In addition to clinical experience, Katie has a strong presence in fitness instruction, having worked as a Barre and Group Fitness Instructor across multiple organizations.
