Andrew Doss has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrew began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Food Lion in 2004 and later moved on to become a Customer Service Supervisor at STARTEK. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Tax Accountant at Taylor's Tax and Financial Centre. From 2018 to 2019, Andrew worked as a Staff Accountant at Southstone Behavioral Health, where they played a crucial role in establishing financial processes and procedures. Andrew then joined Acadia Healthcare in 2019 as CFO in Training and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Andrew collaborated effectively with the CEO, managing a team of four members and ensuring strategic financial operations, contract negotiations, and data analyses for improvement opportunities. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Pavilion and Farley Center in Summit BHC.
Andrew Doss completed an Associate's degree in Business Management at Patrick & Henry Community College from 2011 to 2013. Andrew later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franklin University, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.
