Erin Basalay

Erin Basalay serves as the VP of Clinical Services at Summit BHC since September 2025. Previously, Erin held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Rock Springs from June 2017 to September 2025, overseeing a 96-bed hospital and its outpatient clinics in Central Texas, while managing operational strategies to enhance financial performance. Additional roles include Chief Operating Officer and Director of Clinical Services, Outpatient Services and Quality/Risk Management, with responsibilities focused on outpatient expansion and performance improvement. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Training/Senior Psychologist at New Connection's Academy, overseeing clinical services for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Director of Clinical Services at Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital, providing educational support to mental health staff. Erin's career commenced at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System as Director of Clinical Services, Director of Outpatient Services, and Postdoctoral Fellow. Academic credentials include a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hendrix College.
