Patty Noguez, MBA, MAcc, has a comprehensive background in finance and accounting with experience in various roles. Patty currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Summit BHC, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, Patty served as the Assistant Warden of Finance at EAST HIDALGO DETENTION CENTER from June 2019 to September 2022, where they oversaw the full scope of financial operations for a 1600-bed facility. From 2009 to 2019, they worked as a Controller at Colair, Inc., a general construction contractor, where they monitored financial and accounting functions and provided expertise in financial statements and tax planning. Patty began their career as an External Auditor at Smith, Fankhauser, Voigt & Watson from 2007 to 2009, where they performed audits for various clients. Patty Noguez, MBA, MAcc, pursued their education at several institutions, starting with Baylor University from 1999 to 2004. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History and Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Following this, they attended The University of Texas-Pan American from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Continuing their academic journey, Patty completed their Master of Accounting degree at the University of Texas - Pan American from 2009 to 2012.
