Kathryn M. (Kay)

Kathryn (Kay) M. has extensive experience in customer operations and project management, currently serving as a Residential Project Manager at Summit Broadband since November 2011. In this role, Kathryn has effectively managed service delivery across three locations, including two storefronts and a call center. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at R & D Wentworth Hardware and as a System Administrator at Kmart Corporation, where Kathryn facilitated the successful opening of the company's eighteenth Distribution Center.
