Summit College
Victor Isaias Hernandez is currently an HVAC Apprentice at Advanced Systems Services Inc. since January 2024 and a Heating Air Conditioning Technician student at Summit College. Previously, Victor served as a regional truck driver for Northern Refrigerated Transportation from May 2021 to May 2023 and held a position as a CDL/Heavy Equipment/NCCCO Crane Operator during a period of unemployment between August 2019 and July 2020. Victor also has a military background, having served as a Platoon Sergeant in the US Army from March 2001 to December 2010, overseeing sixteen soldiers and executing duties with minimal supervision. Victor's education includes a current enrollment at Summit Career College, participation in the United Truck Driving School in 2019, and obtaining a certificate as a Heavy Equipment Operator/NCCCO Mobile Crane from the Heavy Equipment Colleges of America in 2018.

Summit College
The educational mission of Summit College is to provide short term, high quality vocational training programs to qualified students in the medical and business fields, which will enable them to attain employment in entry-level positions. Incorporated with this mission are our goals to provide instruction in a professional, educational environment through the use of modern equipment, small class sizes, qualified industry experienced instructors and teaching methodologies that provide for individualized instruction and maximum retention. Our programs are designed to teach the skills needed to perform in a chosen field of training in a short time frame. The programs are intensive and demanding, but the education and skills attained will be well worth the effort.
