Hayley Carter (Dykman)

Hayley Dykman Carter is a Consultant at Summit Consulting, LLC since January 2022, previously holding the title of Senior Analyst. Prior to this, Hayley was an Associate Systems/Operations Analyst at Metron, Inc from October 2020 to January 2022. Hayley has experience providing campaign-level analysis using the Synthetic Theater Operations Research Model (STORM) and creating scripts for post-processing data. Additionally, Hayley worked as a Writing Tutor at Utah State University Writing Center from August 2018 to April 2020, assisting students in improving their writing skills across various subjects. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Statistics from Utah State University.
