Krista Ragsdale-Byrd

Krista Ragsdale-Byrd has extensive experience in the credit union industry. Krista served as the Vice President of Technology Services at Summit Credit Union since August 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Systems Support and Project Management at the same company from October 2014 to August 2022. Before joining Summit Credit Union, Krista held the position of Director of Operations at Piedmont Advantage Credit Union from March 1989 to April 2013. Krista also worked at Piedmont Aviation Credit Union, where they served as Member Services Manager from March 2005 to June 2008 and as Training Director from June 2007 to March 2008.

Krista Ragsdale-Byrd has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from UNCG.
